Who it’s for

Automatic fault detection for fleets, plants and remote sites.

For companies where one stopped machine means lost days and emergency repairs.

What is Misoki

Misoki hears bearing wear
before it stops the line.

Misoki is a condition-monitoring platform built around Prism, our AI analyzer. It takes signals from any source (vibration, electrical, ultrasound, sound, video and process data) and turns them into clear diagnoses, live dashboards and scheduled work orders.

What Prism found in the field.

Three pilot deployments. Details anonymized; figures rounded from measured results.

  2. Check soft foot and coupling seat
  3. Shim, realign, re-torque
Verified on board, first run

Flagged. Day 2 at sea: a 2× peak with axial phase on generator No. 2. Prism names it: angular misalignment after the coupling change.

Guided. No link to shore. Prism's procedure walks the crew through the checks: soft foot, coupling seat, shims.

Verified. Realigned in four hours at the next change-over. Prism confirms it from the first run. Port is still eight days away.

A misaligned generator, fixed by the crew at sea

Situation

A bulk carrier mid-crossing, nine days from the next port and without a usable link to shore. Prism runs on the vessel's own edge box, fully offline; the engine crew are the only hands available.

What happened

Two days out, Prism flagged angular misalignment on generator No. 2 and tied it to the coupling element replaced in port. Its procedure walked the crew through the checks; the set was shimmed and re-torqued at the next change-over, and Prism confirmed the fix from the first run.

Detected. From the existing wireless sensor on the filler drive, Prism grades the DE bearing at stage 2 of 4 and projects failure in nine weeks.

Planned. The work order goes into the next cleaning window. The line keeps running.

Swapped. Bearing replaced in week 6. The failure Prism projected for week 9 never came.

A filler drive bearing, caught at stage two

Situation

A bottling plant ran monthly vibration routes; faults between rounds surfaced as breakdowns. Prism went live on the existing third-party wireless sensors. No new hardware was installed.

What happened

Prism named an outer-race bearing fault on the filler drive with 0.9 confidence, nine weeks before projected functional failure. The bearing was swapped during a planned cleaning window.

Detected. From current clamps in the MCC, with no sensor on the pump, Prism finds rotor-bar sidebands around the line frequency.

Planned. Six weeks of margin. The utility books the rotor repair into the next planned outage.

A rotor bar fault, found from the cabinet

Situation

An unmanned pumping station on an air-gapped network, with no cloud allowed and no easy access to the machines. Current sensing was installed at the MCC; the platform runs fully isolated on site.

What happened

Prism's electrical analysis flagged broken-rotor-bar signatures on a 250 kW pump motor. The utility scheduled the rotor repair into a planned outage six weeks later.

The platform

One platform. Take the parts you need.

Software that turns vibration into a diagnosis, hardware for the machines nothing measures yet, and engineers who check every call. Pick a product to see what it does.

At home in your industry.

The same Prism serves a bottling line, a ship and a mine. Here is what it catches on the ground.

Security & reliability

How we protect your data.

Run Misoki in our cloud or fully isolated on your site. You own the data and set the access rules.

Fully isolated on your site

For air-gapped plants, ships and regulated operations the whole platform, Prism included, runs inside your perimeter. No telemetry leaves the site; model updates arrive as offline bundles.

Encrypted and access-controlled

TLS on every connection, SSO and role-based access per customer, per site and per machine. Your team sees only its own fleet.

Your data stays yours

Raw signals, diagnoses and history can be exported at any time through the API. Pricing is per module, with no per-sensor fees.

Certified analysts on important findings

Findings that matter are reviewed by ISO CAT II/III vibration analysts before they reach you, together with their evidence.

FAQ

Common questions.

The things maintenance and reliability teams ask us first.

01Do we need to replace our existing sensors?

No. Prism reads data from any vendor's sensors, route collectors and historians. The Misoki hardware kit is optional and fills gaps in coverage.

02Can Misoki run without an internet connection?

Yes. Besides the managed cloud, the full platform, Prism included, runs inside your own perimeter, fully air-gapped. No telemetry leaves the site, and model updates arrive as offline bundles.

03Which signals can Prism analyze?

Vibration and electrical (MCSA/ESA) are its deepest disciplines. Beyond those it aggregates ultrasound, sound, thermal imagery, video, oil-analysis data and process tags into the same diagnosis.

04How does a demo work?

Bring a week of vibration data, an export from your current system, or just a machine list. We run Prism on your own equipment and walk through the diagnoses together, in the cloud or in an isolated environment.

05Does Misoki integrate with our CMMS or ERP?

Yes. Work orders are built into the platform, and an open, documented API connects the tools you already run: SAP, MaintainX, eMaint by Fluke, Tableau, plus historians and SCADA.

06How is the platform priced?

By module. You enable only the modules you need and add more later. Pricing scales with the size of your fleet; there is no per-sensor fee.
